Joseph Paquette

I have a master's degree in clinical social work from Boston College School of Social Work in 1986 and have 40 years of experience in treating anxiety, depression, substance abuse/alcohol abuse disorders as well as work with adolescents, young adults and seniors with a history of trauma. I am trained in trauma informed therapy and solution focused TX.

I am a firm believer that people are trying to get better compared to them. It is about helping one to understand what it is they are wanting and setting realistic goals and approached to get there.
