Great to meet you!

Hello, and thanks for reading. I'm a licensed clinical social worker focusing on individuals/couples looking to overcome obstacles, increase and improve communications, and find coping strategies for better living. I enjoy collaborating with clients to define their own goals, and develop ways to make the change they want to see.

My approach to therapy

I use many tools and interventions to assist clients, tailored to their needs and wants. I work largely from a psychodynamic perspective, meaning we will explore all areas of behavior, emotions, and thoughts, from the past to the present, as well as the future. I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, trauma and identity.

What you can expect from me

I hope to create a safe, contained environment where clients feel comfortable yet challenged in order to effect meaningful change. I use reflection and narrative therapies to support the client in identifying areas to work in, and create their own goals and measures.
