Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Joe. I’m really glad you’re here. I work with people who are navigating trauma, anxiety, and the complicated emotional layers that don’t always have straightforward explanations. My approach blends neuroscience with practical, down‐to‐earth strategies—like vagal toning, grounding practices, somatic awareness, and reframing the thought patterns that keep you stuck—so you can feel more regulated, present, and connected to yourself.

Therapy with me is part science, part soul. We’ll pay attention to how your nervous system responds, explore the beliefs and relational patterns shaped by your past, and build tools that make emotional resilience feel possible in daily life. Whether we’re tending to attachment wounds or finding steadiness in moments of chaos, I tailor the work to your pace, your history, and your unique rhythm

My approach to therapy

I offer an eclectic therapy style to tailor your sessions to meet your needs. About myself, I am very laid back in demeanor and offer a warm and welcoming space. However, I do bring a positive energy to my sessions. There will be times where I will challenge you, but only to help you progress. I offer an eclectic therapy style to tailor your sessions to meet your needs.

What you can expect from me

Here’s what you can expect in our first session: It’s all about getting to know you—where you’re at in life, what’s brought you to therapy right now, and the story that’s shaped you. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and start identifying some goals together.

I offer a space that’s warm, supportive, and safe—a place where it’s okay to bring the tough stuff and talk through the things that might feel too heavy anywhere else. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll take it one step at a time and build a rhythm that works for you.
