Great to meet you!

As a National Certified Counselor, I provide compassionate, practical, and individualized counseling services to military members, veterans, couples, families, and individuals throughout the surrounding community.

With 40 years of military experience and 8 years of professional counseling experience, I bring a unique perspective to the counseling relationship. I understand firsthand the demands of military life, including deployments, career transitions, leadership responsibilities, family challenges, separation, reintegration, and the unique pressures that can come with serving others.

Whether you are seeking support as an individual, working to strengthen your relationship, navigating a major life transition, or simply looking for someone to help you move forward, my goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment where meaningful change can take place.

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Together, we can identify your strengths, develop practical tools, strengthen your relationships, and build a path toward greater resilience and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is grounded in respect, trust, and collaboration. I work with individuals and couples to address relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, life transitions, communication, emotional well-being, and other challenges that can interfere with living a healthy and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first meeting, we will take time to discuss what brought you to counseling, what you are currently experiencing, and what you hope to accomplish through our work together. I will listen to your concerns, answer questions you may have, and learn about the areas of your life that are most important to you.

We will also talk about your expectations for counseling and begin identifying specific goals that are meaningful to you. For couples, this may include understanding relationship concerns, communication patterns, and what each partner hopes to change or improve.
