Great to meet you!

I'm Joseph and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. As a therapist, I'm committed to fostering the emotional well-being and personal growth of individuals, children, families, and couples navigating the aspects of mental health challenges. I approach therapy with empathy, active listening, and an unwavering belief in each client's inherent strength and potential for healing. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma informed care, and mindfulness-based practices, and family systems therapy to help clients manage symptoms, build coping strategies, and work toward lasting change. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, identify their strengths, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help you develop the tools and insight needed to lead a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

I believe in creating an environment where everyone feels heard and included. Not am I only there to be a listening ear and provide intervention, but to also have you as a co-pilot in your treatment. Collaboratively, we will decide on modalities of care.
