Great to meet you!

I am a mother of 6 children, and family is very important to me! I have worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families for over nine years in various settings to help empower individuals, and make connections in their relationships. I have experience working with individuals from various cultures, ages, and challenges, and invite anyone who wants to find solutions and relief from their present situation to start therapy and experiencing a new way to live!

My approach to therapy

I start where you are in life, and help to steady you and provide you with the necessary tools to meet your everyday challenges. When you are ready to engage in deeper therapy work to build your self-worth, process abuse and trauma, and build healthier relationships, I can help you navigate through this!

What you can expect from me

Your first session will include sharing the reasons why you are seeking therapy, doing any assessments needed to understand where you are with your mental health, answering any questions you might have about therapy, and creating a treatment plan together that aligns with your goals for yourself.
