Great to meet you!

I meet my clients where they are at, actively listen, and reflect with empathy and validation. My communication style is calm, nonjudgmental, and personable. I build a trusting connection with my clients so that they can feel comfortable expressing their feelings and concerns in a safe, confidential environment.

My approach to therapy

My personalized approach incorporates various therapies that best fit whatever struggles my client is going through. I use an eclectic mix of research-based modalities and interventions, including, but not limited to, CBT, DBT, and ACT. I have specific training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which helps to open ways for paradigm shifts that release individuals from the negative complications of their trauma.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is about building connections. I want you to feel heard. I like to work collaboratively with my clients to help identify and unlock their strengths and arm them with adaptive coping skills to work through the emotional obstacles that prohibit them from getting back on the path to wellness and keep moving forward.
