Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Josephine! I am dedicated to offering my support to a diverse range of individuals, including young adults, professionals, the Latino/a community, and individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and those with disabilities. As a counselor in mental health, my mission is to help people in their everyday life situations. Knowing and understanding our emotions as well as how they work can simplify how we can act, change the ways we live, and enhance our relationships.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is diverse and holistic. My approaches are person-centered and culturally sensitive, with guidance towards realistic goals.
