Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm so glad you are here!

I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Barry University and have experience working with clients ranging from children to seniors across a variety of settings. My professional background includes training in infant mental health, and I am certified in perinatal mental health.

I work with individuals navigating a range of emotional and life challenges, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and stage of life. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we will identify and address the challenges and stressors you’re experiencing while developing skills and strategies to manage symptoms and enhance overall well-being. I believe in empowering clients to take an active role in their healing and in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and individualized.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will begin to build rapport, as well as establish goals and expectations.
