I have experience and training from various agencies: counseling center, mental health center and institute, and outpatient hospital. I primarily go by the cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy, in which the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interrelated and integrate other therapies based on the client's needs. I provide therapy for individual adults and couples.
My goal is to help clients gain control and overcome stressors that present as obstacles to their joy and success. I strive to build a trusted and genuine relationship and develop a treatment plan to attain your goals.
