My approach to therapy

I use evidence based modalities like CBT, Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I am excited to offer CBT- I, an evidence-based approach to relieve insomnia. I have extensive experience providing TF-CBT to reduce symptoms like hypervigilance and memory disturbance.
