I am a Native American/Latinx provider who works with individuals and families around the topics of domestic violence, parenting, coparenting, adverse childhood experiences, and familial patterns. I work to empower clients in making change in their lives.
If you are ready to start the process of engaging in therapy, you are the one that determines what you want and need out of therapy. The process is client driven with guidance and support from the therapist as much or as little as you want.
Clients are able to take away something new from each session: new learning, new insight, or new awareness. Changes in thinking and behaviors happens rather quickly when you have made the commitment. I look forward to taking that journey with my clients.
