Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a background in both clinical mental health and pastoral care. I work primarily with adolescents and adult men, especially those who feel pressure to stay strong while quietly struggling.

Many of my clients are Christians who want their faith thoughtfully integrated into therapy, as well as people who are exploring faith or meaning and want a safe place to do that. Clients often tell me they feel relieved early on—not because everything is solved, but because their challenges finally feel understandable and manageable.

I work with concerns like anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, and faith-related tension, with an emphasis on helping people see their situation as difficult but not permanent.

My approach to therapy

My approach is calm, warm, and collaborative. I use evidence-based therapy while tailoring the work to you as a person, not a formula.

I focus on helping clients understand what they’re experiencing, normalize why it makes sense, and identify practical ways forward. If faith is important to you, I’m comfortable integrating it. If it’s not, I don’t push it. Therapy moves at your pace and in the direction that’s most helpful to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is relaxed and conversational. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope might change.

There’s no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to help you feel understood, clarify a direction, and make sure working together feels like a good fit. Many clients leave the first session feeling calmer and more hopeful about what’s ahead.
