Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Josh. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by anxiety — especially social anxiety —family stress, or the big shifts that come with growing older, you’re in the right place. I primarily work with young to middle-aged adults, especially men, who may feel stuck, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward when life doesn’t look the way they expected. Whether it’s stress around relationships, changes in family roles, or the pressure of “what’s next,” I’m here to support you in finding more clarity, confidence, and ease in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I take a grounded, practical, and person-centered approach. Clients describe me as calm, relatable, and easy to talk to — someone who listens without judgment and helps you make sense of what’s going on in your world. Together, we’ll break down the thoughts and patterns that keep you feeling anxious or stuck and build tools you can actually use outside the therapy room. My focus is on real-life change — helping you feel more in control of your emotions, your relationships, and your path forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you in, what feels hardest right now, and what you hope your life will feel like going forward. You’ll have space to share openly and be genuinely heard. From there, we’ll shape clear goals and begin developing practical strategies that meet you where you are. Over time, many people notice they feel less ruled by anxious thoughts, more confident in social situations, and better equipped to handle transitions — not just coping, but moving forward with purpose.
