Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical therapist working to help people overcome emotional issues, fears, and challenges in their lives. My aim is to help you achieve your goals and transform into the best version of yourself.

My work involves assisting people in reducing their anxiety, alleviating depression and finding a higher purpose in one’s life to attain greater states of peace and fulfillment. I have worked in the field of mental health and addictions for over 10 years and am committed to helping people transform their lives for the better.

My background involves assisting people with anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, substance abuse dependence, holistic health, and spirituality. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and take a mindfulness based approach in my work.

Along with being a licensed psychotherapist, I am also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and well-versed in the field of natural health. I look forward to speaking with you in the future and assisting you on your life journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness-based strategies to help clients gain insight, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with their core values. I create a warm, grounded space where clients can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. I also bring a holistic lens that honors the connection between mind, body, and lifestyle. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction recovery, and spiritual growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain greater clarity, emotional resilience, and practical tools to manage stress and anxiety. Our sessions are collaborative and focused on helping you feel more balanced, empowered, and aligned with your goals and values. What you can expect to take away from our sessions is a new perspective on solutions and remedies to your circumstances and presenting issues.
