Great to meet you!

Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. With over 15 years of experience in addiction and mental health, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

I meet my clients where they are—emotionally and mentally—creating a safe, supportive space to build insight, self-awareness, and lasting change. My style is warm, friendly, and empathetic, helping to foster strong therapeutic relationships from the start.

In our first few sessions, you can expect to feel seen and heard. We'll begin with an intake assessment to explore what brings you to therapy, outline your goals, and review your personal history. We’ll also conduct a diagnostic screening to better understand any clinical concerns.

What you can expect from me

What sets my practice apart is the depth and breadth of my experience across diverse populations and settings. I focus not just on symptom relief, but on helping clients gain the tools they need to thrive. My work is grounded in the belief that healing, growth, and meaningful transformation are possible for everyone.

I’m passionate about this work because I genuinely love building connections with people and walking alongside them on their journey toward greater self-understanding and resilience.
