Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples, with experience supporting military and law enforcement communities as well as hospice and bereavement care. I specialize in trauma and grief, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, which means I focus on creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I integrate experiential techniques, IFS, and EMDR to help you process trauma and grief in a deeper, more meaningful way. I’m supportive and compassionate, while also gently challenging you to explore patterns and move toward growth. Together, we’ll work at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive space where we start getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your goals, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, and we’ll begin to outline a path forward that feels right for you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and collaborative.
