Great to meet you!

I am your friendly neighborhood therapeutic brown dude! I bring a non-traditional, highly empowering approach to sessions utilizing a "no bullcrap, but with love approach". This means that I will always encourage us to face hard truths while always treating you with love, dignity, and respect. You don't have to do it alone, I'd love to walk with you on your journey of healing and transformation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Utilizing a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focused approaches, I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. My practice is deeply rooted in a commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and I strive to create a safe and affirming space for all clients.

What you can expect from our first session

I have a strong emphasis on social justice and advocacy and I am dedicated to addressing systemic barriers and promoting positive change within both the therapeutic setting and the broader community. My goal is to empower clients to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, self-awareness, and compassion, fostering growth and transformation along the way.
