First of all, THANK YOU for taking this step. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my approach is to help meet the needs of each of my clients. My primary treatment areas include the following: Trauma related disorders, Mood Disorders, and Identity Disorders.
I am always seeking to provide a relaxed and safe environment to help everyone work through vulnerability. I primarily use a combination of Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I utilize a warm approach and throw in humor periodically.
One main goal that I set to achieve with everyone is help them become their strongest version. The initial session involves me getting to know each individual and establishing a treatment plan. Everyone is different and treatment can look different for each individual, however, clear goals and expectations will be set.
