As a veteran special operations operator and addiction interventionist, I love a great challenge and will go step-by-step with you through some of life's most difficult times. I prefer a non-cookie-cutter approach to therapy, utilizing the somatic "Boxing Therapy" for in-person as well as visualization, CBT and some DBT exercises are incorporated.
