Great to meet you!

Seeking support can be one of the bravest steps a person takes, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing and growth. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than six years of experience, I have provided therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults across community mental health, residential treatment, crisis intervention, case management, and clinical care settings.

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel empowered to be their authentic selves. Together, we work to navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change that aligns with each individual’s values and goals.

My approach to therapy

About My Practice

I provide compassionate outpatient therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults, supporting individuals across every stage of life as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

I believe healing begins with feeling heard. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered, creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can openly explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting growth. Together, we work toward meaningful change, greater self-understanding, and a more fulfilling life.

Whether you are facing a difficult transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, processing trauma, or seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I am committed to meeting you with empathy, respect, and personalized care every step of the way.

"You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Together, we can create a path toward healing, growth, and lasting well-being."

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support takes courage, and I recognize that beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and vulnerable. From our very first session, my goal is to create a warm, safe space where you feel accepted, valued, and free to share what's on your heart without fear of judgment.

We'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're experiencing, and the changes you'd like to make in your life. We'll also explore your strengths, relationships, and personal experiences to better understand the whole picture of who you are, not just the difficulties you're facing.

I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and create a path forward that feels realistic, empowering, and aligned with what matters most to you. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling supported, encouraged, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.
