Great to meet you!

Being Jewish out in the world or on campus can feel like walking on eggshells — constantly explaining yourself, laughing off discomfort, or shrinking to keep the peace. You’re not overreacting, and you’re not alone.

I help Jewish students and young adults manage anxiety, burnout, and identity stress with practical coping tools, cultural understanding, and a good sense of humor. Together, we’ll rebuild confidence, regulate your nervous system, and help you feel safe and proud in who you are — without losing your chill.

My approach to therapy

I'm trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that helps people understand the different inner "parts" of themselves — and why those parts do what they do. I believe that real change comes from building a compassionate relationship with yourself, not from fighting against the parts of you that have been trying to protect you. My style is warm and curious, and I work to create a space where you feel safe enough to go deeper.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a conversation — I want to hear what brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. I'll leave plenty of room for your questions too, because this is as much about finding out if we're the right fit as it is about getting started. My goal is for you to walk away from that first session feeling genuinely heard and like there's a real path forward.
