Great to meet you!

I have over 30 years of experience as a therapist, guide, and support to others with a compassionate, deliberate, and frank style. To my work, I bring a wide variety of unique life experiences and consider himself a partner to my clients seeking to navigate and find balance and peace in life’s journey.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy, based on careful assessment of my clients and what they need. I work to create a relationship that is collaborative, caring, and sometimes pushy and irreverent; I am honest about who I am and what I see and encourage the same in my clients.

What you can expect from me

I allow connection and relationship to develop organically and create space for this early on. Many of my clients come to me unsure about what they need/want and are stuck. Working to understand what they are truly looking for and what it takes, is where we start.
