I try to understand each unique individual based on knowledge of what is common to us all as human beings and what makes a person happy and healthy. I have gained these perspectives through years of experience, seeking to understand one person at a time in the deepest way that I am able. My education is not limited to social work but includes history, philosophy, music, religion and science. This broad education equips me to explore with you the layers of symbolism in your present life, your relationships, your childhood, and your perplexing dreams.

I want to help you be your natural self. That means I want to help you to find freedom from the distorting influences that made you believe you were not enough or that you should be something other than what you are.

My first priority is always to help you feel truly understood. Achieving that, we will find ourselves already on the way to seeing your life in a new way, recovering your dignity, and reclaiming your worthiness.
