Great to meet you!

In 2008, I received my master’s degree in counseling, and I am currently working on a PhD. I have also received certification in EMDR, which helps to assist with trauma.

It takes courage to seek support through counseling, and it’s a step toward achieving clarity and understanding. The next step is to book a consultation to discuss therapy options and goals for counseling. After that, we can schedule your future appointments to begin the work toward positive change.

My approach to therapy

With a unique approach to counseling honed over 14 years of experience, I prioritize your spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. I emphasize the interplay between thoughts, feelings, and actions and how they can influence your life. My passion lies in guiding clients to overcome personal hurdles, break free from stagnation, and initiate transformative life changes.

What you can expect from me

I will meet you where you are stuck to understand the problem and work with you to find a path to a solution. I will provide you with support, and tools, but ultimately, you must work for change to occur.
