Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in military and emergency responder psychology, a Master of Science in Psychology, and ongoing doctoral study in organizational leadership at the University of Dayton.
My clinical experience includes working with veterans, first responders, military-connected individuals, teens entering adulthood, and adults facing trauma, stress, grief, relationship strain, and major life transitions.
As a medically retired Army Staff Sergeant and combat veteran, I understand how difficult it can be to seek support when you are accustomed to carrying responsibility and maintaining control.
My approach focuses on building a practical, individualized treatment plan that supports stability, resilience, self-understanding, and movement toward the life you want to live.
