Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Joshua. My journey from NYPD officer to holistic therapist fuels my passion for helping adults reclaim their inner power. With over a decade of experience, I’ve witnessed how trauma, crisis, and the burden of people-pleasing can keep you trapped in unhelpful patterns. I specialize in guiding sensitive souls through anxiety, depression, and trauma—and I excel in supporting those struggling with low self-worth and codependency. I also enjoy working with couples who are eager to communicate more authentically.

My approach to therapy

I’m especially drawn to serving the LGBTQ+ community and fellow helpers like first responders and healers, though I welcome all adults ready for transformative change. My therapeutic approach is rooted in social justice and cultural sensitivity. I recognize that marginalized communities face systemic challenges every day, and I’m dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and authentic self-expression. If you’re seeking a therapist who meets you exactly where you are while inspiring you to grow, I’d love to join you on your journey.

I am in-network with Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois & Massachusetts. I also offer superbill submission for clients utilizing out-of-network benefits.
