Great to meet you!

It takes courage to reach out for support during challenging times, and I appreciate your efforts in finding the right therapist. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing a diverse range of mental health challenges. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and incorporate a strengths-based approach in my work.

My approach to therapy

I take an open-minded and non-judgmental approach when meeting with clients to discuss their mental health. My role as a therapist is to help you identify your goals while recognizing what is getting in the way. Together we can explore different coping skills to better manage stress, anxiety, depression and experiences of trauma.

What you can expect from me

I offer complimentary, 15-minute consultations to help you decide if we are a good fit. Our first session will be spent going over personal history, therapeutic options, and goals that you have for therapy. I hope to create a comfortable and safe environment where you feel like you can share openly and honestly. Together, we will identify the thoughts, behaviors, and barriers getting in the way of living your best life.
