Great to meet you!

I have been seeing clients since 2022, receiving my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I also have a Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from California Institute of the Arts. I tend to work with people who are experiencing change in their lives; divorce, getting married, starting a new career or college. These are times that are not only exciting, but can also present challenges.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, reading, and writing strange little stories for my own amusement.

My approach to therapy

I have a conversational approach where I treat you as the expert on yourself. I'm here to make observations and ask questions about what I'm noticing in a way that is curious, not judgmental. Vulnerability is the key to connection, and I aim to help you feel safe while exploring that vulnerability.

What you can expect from me

The first session or two is about building rapport, feeling safe, and getting to know one another. We'll start to get a vision of what working together will be like and establish some goals for our time together. If it's your first time in therapy, it's understandable to be nervous. I'm here to help you feel comfortable and supported.
