Great to meet you!

I am a practicing L.I.C.S.W who has worked in a variety of clinical settings with varying populations. Some of those roles include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, hospital diversion, clinical supervision, school based counseling, emergency response, residential, juvenile justice and protective casework. I use a client centered, solution-focused approach in helping individuals manage symptoms and help them attain their goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is an exchange of thoughts and ideas that ultimately leads an individual to change, both in mind and body. By meeting clients where they are at I feel that I can help support and guide them through whatever difficulty is currently impacting their lives and affect positive and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I am a very caring yet transparent person who is not afraid to talk about difficult topics, situations or issues. My clients can expect that I am there for them and through dialogue and asking questions over time they can and should expect to see changes.
