Great to meet you!

Hello there! My name is Josh, and I look forward to working with you. I've helped people dealing with anxiety, depression, and other distressing experiences. Ultimately, my goal is to help you get closer to the life you want to live.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My background is in Humanistic Counseling, which means that I work with my clients from their point of view as you know your life more than I ever could. I try to create space for my clients to work through their distress as well as helping them to identify ways to move through it or change ways of approaching it.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients I've worked with in the past have found me to be very understanding and open. They've talked about feeling heard, acknowledged and supported while working through uncomfortable times or feelings.
