Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel lost, alone, stressed and living in a life you never imagined for yourself? It's a normal human experience to get caught by the hard times in your life, but sometimes you get caught causes you pain and suffering to the point you don't know where to start to make it better. You start to feel like everyday is the same, and you hang on to a hope that life will get better somehow, but it doesn't change. When life begins to feel this way, you feel defeated, hopeless, and drained of energy. Sometimes when the world around you feels like its punishing you, you're forced to examine yourself at a deeper level.

I know what it's like to feel this kind of suffering, and to wake up everyday feeling like an imposter. I take a unique approach to mental health treatment that is person-centered and strength-based in nature, but utilizes the wisdom of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy and others. I value creating a personalized plan for you.

My relationship with you is what I value the most. I want to make sure that you feel safe, respected and understood on the deepest level of being human. I feel confident that if I can establish a safe environment and relationship with you, I can guide you through your own pain and suffering, and help you make sense of it to facilitate your personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I used a person-centered approach that draws on evidence-based therapies. I place emphasis on tailoring my counseling methods to fit your needs.

What you can expect from me

In my first session, I like to conduct an assessment of your mental health, but I like to do so by having a conversation with you about your life. I value getting to know you first before putting together a treatment plan.
