Great to meet you!

Tired of feeling stuck? Feel like you not sure who you are sometimes? Wonder if this is as good as life gets? I have heard this countless times from clients with mood disorders or unresolved trauma and the good news is, there is help. You do not have to go through life with negative thoughts and feelings that feel unmanageable. If you are ready, schedule an appointment today and I can help you take control and start living the life you want. Let's go!

My approach to therapy

I collaborate with clients as an expert resource that offers tools, skills, knowledge, support, and understanding. But, I ask that you bring willingness, openness, and effort to the sessions. Therapy takes work but should also be fun and rewarding. I want you to feel relaxed and comfortable in our sessions and know that we will be challenging concepts and beliefs that have worked against you in life and may require some change. Change is never easy but you got this!

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you take away some notes! Honestly, I hope that sessions fill you with excitement and hope for the future as well as tools and information on how to work towards your goals of recovery. Most clients tell me they feel good after their appointments and notice results quickly, but it is a process and benefits of sticking with therapy compound over time. A lot can be accomplished in a little time, but the fine tuning can make an enormous difference in the long run.
