My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker I view counseling from a strengths based-solutions focused approach . I utilize evidence-based interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals such as CBT, ACT, MI, Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy, Breath-work, Self-care planning.

What you can expect from me

As someone who has benefited from therapy myself, I believe therapy can be useful when all parties in the room are working collectively. I meet clients where they are at and strengthen existing coping mechanisms while assisting clients in creating new ones.
