Great to meet you!

Therapy can be a safe place to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Together, we can make sense of what you’re going through, build helpful coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.

I support people facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life changes, and difficult emotions. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. We can start where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based, direct, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’ll help you identify your strengths, clarify what matters most, and take practical steps toward meaningful change. I’ll be honest and straightforward while remaining compassionate and respectful. When appropriate, I may also use humor to create ease, build connection, and help bring perspective to difficult moments.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss what’s been going on in your life, what you hope to work on, and what you would like to get out of therapy.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges, while giving you space to share what feels comfortable. We’ll begin identifying goals and discussing how we can work together to help you move forward.

You don’t need to prepare anything or have all the answers. It’s okay to feel nervous or unsure about where to start. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, respected, and heard while building a foundation for meaningful, practical change. We’ll take things one step at a time.
