Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am a licensed California therapist with a diverse background and professional work experience beginning in 2016. I specialize in treating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, sleep disturbances, substance use, and relationship challenges. In addition, I have extensive experience and professional training in working with trauma, grief and loss, and helping clients build resilience and a sense of personal empowerment. I view each client as unique and tailor my interventions to align with their specific needs, goals, and strengths.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I believe in creating a warm and non-judgmental environment where you can freely express yourself. Drawing from various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic approaches, I work collaboratively with you to explore underlying patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and promote long-term healing and growth. Together, we will navigate your challenges, uncover strengths, and empower you to make positive changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect real conversations, thoughtful reflections, and practical tools you can use in your everyday life. We'll work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and find ways to cope, grow, and move forward. I’m here to help you feel more capable, more self-aware, and better equipped to handle whatever life throws your way.
