Joshua Jenkins

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am licensed to diagnose and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral health conditions. This can include medications, and other therapeutic approaches. I also have experience helping people integrate nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other holistic strategies into their care.

What matters most to me is remembering that you yourself are the expert in your own care, and lead the way in your own path of healing and growth.

As a provider, I use an approach drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acceptance therapy and others. Most of all I feel humbled by the opportunity to learn about you and ways you think I can be of help in your own path of growth and healing.
