Specializes in

Anger Management, Anxiety, and Depression

Great to meet you!

As someone who is no stranger to anxiety, depression, familial troubles, and the challenge of managing (sometimes MANY) stressors. I'm here for you—for what ever you need.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, and the things that we generally call 'life'. I can adjust my style and approach to suit your needs. I tend towards a cognitive/humanistic approach.

I am an unapologetic nerd. I will geek out in my sessions, and you will look very cool by comparison!

A bit about my approach to therapy

While I typically begin with a Cognitive Behavioral Approach, I make a concerted effort to tailor my style to the specific needs of each client. I adapt my approach based on individual requirements, frequently incorporating techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Jungian, Gottman (for couples), and Person-Centered therapy, ensuring a customized and effective therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from our first session

I try to create an environment of comfort and familiarity. I know it takes a lot to share difficult feelings and memories, and your well-being is important to me, as is your trust. I will be myself (I'm kind of a nerdy weirdo) and I hope it inspires you to be your genuine self with me.
