I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients in Illinois and Tennessee. I serve individuals with relational distress and anxiety. My special focus in providing services are on working with men and relationship issues.
My approach is grounded in a system/attachment perspective and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I approach things in a non-judgmental way, and challenge clients towards growth. I encourage clients to view things with different perspectives to find new ways to approach themselves and their relationships.
You can expect to have a space in which you can explore new perspectives and solutions. At the end of each session I encourage exploring what can be taken from our meeting and used in your day to day life.
