I have undergone a lot of training in multiple types of therapy that can help you take back control of your life and be more aligned with who you want to be and live the life you want. We can find a custom fit of therapy for you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic philosophy developed around positive psychology, which emphasizes acknowledging your strengths, resilience, and the potential for happiness and fulfillment within you. Additionally, I incorporate strength-based modalities to help you build on these inner resources. I do all of these while finding moments to add humor into our sessions.
