Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges. I believe true healing involves caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I strive to build strong, trusting relationships with my patients and work together to create personalized treatment plans that promote growth, resilience, and long-term well-being

My approach to therapy

I practice from an integrative medicine perspective, recognizing that true wellness involves the interconnected health of the mind, body, and spirit. My goal extends beyond symptom relief—I work with you to understand and address the root causes of distress while helping you build a more balanced, sustainable life.

In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and stressors shaping your daily life, while also examining their impact on your nervous system, physical health, sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. When appropriate, I incorporate both evidence-based psychiatric care and complementary approaches to support whole-person healing.

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that aligns with your values and moves at a pace that feels both meaningful and manageable for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is focused on getting to know you—your story, your needs, and your goals for care. This visit is designed to be thorough, supportive, and collaborative.

1. A Comfortable, Judgment-Free Conversation We’ll start by talking about what brings you in. You’re encouraged to share openly at your own pace. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard and understood.

2. Comprehensive Assessment We’ll review your mental health history, medical background, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatments. This helps build a complete picture so we can provide the most effective care.

3. Goal Setting Together, we’ll identify what you’d like to improve—whether that’s mood, anxiety, sleep, focus, or overall well-being.

4. Personalized Treatment Plan Based on your needs, we’ll discuss treatment options. This may include therapy recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, and, if appropriate, medication. Every plan is individualized and created collaboratively.

5. Education & Questions You’ll have time to ask questions and better understand your diagnosis (if applicable), treatment options, and next steps. I believe informed patients feel more confident and empowered in their care.

6. Next Steps & Follow-Up We’ll outline a clear plan moving forward, including follow-up appointments and ongoing support to track your progress.
