Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychotherapist, registered nurse, and board certified clinical chaplain, my practice is both integrative and holistic, taking into consideration the mental, physical, social, and spiritual dimensions of each patient's life and circumstances.

Educationally, I am doctorally prepared in both healthcare administration and psychotherapy supervision, and hold graduate degrees in counseling, nursing, and religion. I hold board certifications in integrative counseling, clinical mental health counseling, psychiatric - mental health nursing, advanced holistic nursing, advanced executive nursing, chaplaincy, and public health.

My professional experience has bridged roles from clinician and cleric, to educator and executive, and I draw upon this experience to meet a diverse array of patients exactly where they are.

My approach to therapy

I offer highly individualized depth-oriented psychotherapy for people seeking to explore the emotional and behavioral patterns, relationships, and experiences informing their reality. My approach integrates psychodynamic insight, existential reflection, and mindful awareness to elicit and support enduring clarity, growth, and the freedom to change.

I work best with thoughtful adults who are curious about themselves and open to profound reflection. Rather than questing after quick fixes, my patients seek a more longitudinal psychotherapy that explores the deeper patterns shaping their lives, with the aim of empowering them to live with expanded awareness, and greater clarity, that inspires both agency and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

If you’re looking for a uniquely focused space to explore your life and quandaries more deeply, I welcome the opportunity to connect. Reaching out invites a conversation to mutually assess how engaging in this work together might be a good fit. I am most interested in making sure our time together is likely to be beneficial
