Great to meet you!

I work with adults in English and Spanish who want to better understand themselves, rebuild from addiction or unhealthy coping patterns, strengthen their relationships, and move forward with more clarity and direction.

I specialize in addiction recovery, relationship challenges, anxiety, stress management and the deeper emotional patterns that can make change feel difficult.

You may look capable on the outside but still feel stuck inside, overwhelmed by stress, strained relationships, family turmoil, or patterns that keep repeating.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll work on rebuilding your relationship with yourself, strengthening coping skills, and creating change that feels meaningful and sustainable. My approach is relational, grounded, and insight-oriented, and I draw from Internal Family Systems, family systems work, and other depth-based approaches based on your goals.

I help clients understand the deeper patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors so they can respond in healthier and more effective ways.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what has been weighing on you, what patterns or challenges feel most important, and what you hope will be different. My goal isn't to solve everything in one meeting. It's to help you feel understood, develop a clear direction, and leave with a better sense of where we are headed together.
