Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW with more than 20 years of experience. My primary experience is in mental health. I also have experience Child Protective Services and multiple Court systems. I am looking forward to working with people one-on-one so they can actually live life to the fullest, no matter who they are, where they come from, or how they choose to live.

My approach to therapy

I believe in therapy. It is a safe space to express yourself without judgment and penalty. My role as a therapist is to be neutral, observant, and provide helpful feedback so you can reach your life goals.

What you can expect from me

I will always be open-minded and forthcoming with insight and empowerment. I enjoy the use of humor and I use evidenced based practices and modalities. I believe it is important to stay up to date on best practices and provide those practices to all people. Everyone deserves someone that truly believes in them and can help them with the right tools.
