Great to meet you!

Looking for someone to help you or a loved one work through a difficult time? I have, and continue to work with young adults and adults throughout my career. I am looking to help support clients on their personal journey in a safe and supportive setting. My goal in treatment is to tailor each client's experience based on their presenting needs. My approach is one that is straight forward in order for my client's to implement desired change in their life.

I have experience working with clients on anxiety/depression, grief, trauma, family conflict, school related issues, behavioral issues, and oppositional issues. My approach is practical in order for my clients to make change and see progress!

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical when it comes to tackling current life issues. It is direct in conversation in order to work towards progress. I am personable and caring.
