Great to meet you!

While I have been working in counseling full-time for more than 12 years with clients from all walks of life, my passion and current specialization is to work with men from a Christian perspective in counseling. Whether you are struggling with pornography addiction, compassion fatigue, depression, anxiety, adjustment concerns, or relationship concerns - I would love to provide a safe, confidential, and professional environment for you to receive counseling from a Christian perspective.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to begin by getting to know you in a warm safe environment, whether that is in person at my office or through telehealth. After getting to know you better, I love to utilize methods of counseling like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) from a Christian perspective. While incorporating those methods, I would also encourage and challenge you to find a stronger foundation from which you can make healthier choices in your life on a daily basis.

What you can expect from me

At the end of each session, you can plan to leave encouraged about your ability to make forward progress while also having practical steps or coping skills to take with you in order to lock in the things we have talked about. I am certain that in working together, we will find a positive way forward for you.
