Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor with over 17 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and life transitions. I hold a Doctorate in Professional Counseling and specialize in men's mental health, trauma-informed care for all populations, emotional regulation, and helping people get unstuck from patterns that keep them feeling drained or stuck.

My approach is both practical and insightful. I help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface while also giving you tools you can actually use in your daily life. I also offer faith-integrated therapy for those who want to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the healing process.

My approach to therapy

I firmly believe that mental health is for everyone! My approach is compassionate, direct, and focused on helping you experience real healing, not just temporary relief. I create a space where you can process honestly while also gaining tools. We’ll identify patterns, build emotional clarity, and develop strategies you can apply in your everyday life. My style is honest, focused, and goal-oriented.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect me to ask you questions about your background and what led you to seek counseling services. You can also expect to review any assessments you've taken as we work together to create a plan to achieve your mental and emotional health goals.
