Great to meet you!

My goal as a counselor is simple: help people find freedom from the challenges that keep them feeling stuck.

Throughout my career I've worked with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and significant life stressors. My experience includes private practice counseling, trauma systems therapy, and intensive behavioral health settings.

I believe counseling should be both compassionate and practical. While understanding your story is important, therapy should also provide tools that help you navigate everyday life with greater confidence and resilience.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, trauma, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you move toward lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My main approach is a blend of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Person centered therapy, meaning our relationship in counseling is the most important part of this work. I use CBT for skills and helpful tools, but I use REBT as the main catalyst to change where we seek to understand negative beliefs that you have accepted and changing them to be helpful and beneficial.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave session feeling heard, and usually some homework because session is where insight can start and the length of work happens throughout the week between sessions.
