Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and cultural sensitivity. With extensive experience working in both clinical and community settings, I specialize in trauma informed care, interpersonal relationships, and healing through evidence based therapeutic approaches.

My work is rooted in respect, confidentiality, and collaboration. I create a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I proudly offer bilingual services (English and Spanish) and have a deep understanding of the cultural dynamics affecting Latino communities, particularly those transitioning from Puerto Rico to the USA

I believe in the power of human connection, growth, and resilience and I'm honored to walk alongside my clients as they pursue mental, emotional, and relational Wellness

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, client-centered, and culturally responsive. I believe that healing begins with a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship—one built on trust, empathy, and respect. Every client is unique, and I tailor treatment to meet your specific needs, values, and goals.

I draw from a range of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Clinical Hypnosis, and Sex Therapy while also integrating trauma-informed and relational frameworks. I incorporate techniques that support emotional regulation, insight, and behavioral change—always moving at your pace and honoring your lived experience.

As a bilingual therapist, I am deeply attuned to the importance of language and cultural identity in the healing process. I strive to create an affirming space for clients from diverse backgrounds, including those navigating cultural transitions, identity challenges, or intergenerational dynamics.

Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or a desire for personal growth, my goal is to walk with you as you reconnect with your strengths and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered. Whether you're working through trauma, navigating relationships, managing stress, or seeking personal growth, our sessions are designed to help you gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools for everyday life.
