Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I’ve never found being a human particularly easy, and I've had a lot of adverse life experiences. For some people, being happy comes naturally. For others it takes a lot of skillfulness in seeking it out. I think we learn best from those among us who have had to learn to endure and persevere, and even draw meaning from the pain.

My approach to therapy

I am a dynamic and creative therapist that is well versed in many modalities. I enjoy utilizing more traditional talk therapies such as DBT, ACT and CBT. I also enjoy building in narratives, hobbies, video games, tabletop games (such as Dungeons and Dragons), music, art and more. If there is something you are passionate about, we can find a way to incorporate it!

What you can expect from me
